Bill Frisell: In My Dreams
Brilliant jazz guitarist Bill Frisell returns for this year's jazz series with his project In My Dreams.

Noted as one of the most sought-after contemporary jazz guitarists, Frisell has long been a fan favorite on the Wexner Center stage. Known for finding ways to connect jazz with roots and Americana, while weaving in experimental and contemporary sounds, Frisell’s celebrated career has spanned over four decades. His special project In My Dreams brings together longtime friends and collaborators Rudy Royston, Thomas Morgan, Hank Roberts, Jenny Scheinman, and Eyvind Kang. Frisell said about In My Dreams, “I’ve been dreaming about this. A family gathering. A reunion. That’s what it feels like getting together with my closest friends. Our history goes back decades. Coming up on a half-century with Hank! I’ve spent so much time with these folks. Traveled many miles. But that doesn’t mean we’re done. There’s still much unfinished business. We’re just getting started. I’ve been dreaming about this.”
Presented by the Wexner Center for the Arts and the Ohio State University of Academic Affairs.
