The Walking Dead stars Boris Karloff (Michael Curtiz, 1936) as a wrongly convicted man who was framed for murder by gangsters and sentenced to death. Despite his innocence, evidence is discovered too late to save him from the electric chair. Sensing an opportunity to test an experimental procedure, a scientist implants his body with an artificial heart, bringing him back to life and allowing him to confront those who framed him.
