How can we understand the social impacts of arts and artists in society? How can we understand them to inform and shape policy? This talk will share and reflect on insights from a body of academic and public scholarship that has endeavored to develop and assess relevant data about art and artists in society to inform and shape policy discourse, and to inform decision-making amid changing social contexts over the last 20 years. This scholarship sits at the intersection of social policy, arts and creative practice, and impact research.

Lunch will be provided.
