Department of Art Visiting Artists/New Faculty Department of Art Graduate Student A Week at the Movies Past Perfect Fourteenth Annual Department of Art Visiting Artists/New Faculty Tuesday January 3 – Friday January 13 Featuring the work of Department of Art visiting lecturers, including Philip Brou, Anja Brüggemann, Leah Bukovchan-Gossom, Louise Captein, Alison Chism, Ian Cross, Valarie Devitt Escovedo, Mary Fahy, Gene Felice, Gretchen Garner, Chris Gose, Allison Grimes, Jill Johnston-Price, Ryan Kelly, John Lathram, Colleen Oakes, Ryan Turner Roth, Ian Ruffino, Dan Shellenbarger, Berry van Boekel and Uli Whittaker. Department of Art Graduate Student Tuesday January 17 – Friday January 27 Featuring works by graduate students in art and technology, ceramics, glass, painting and drawing, photography, printmaking, and sculpture. Monday January 30 – Friday February 3 A week of non-stop film: classics, independents, local, video, 16mm and curated selections from OSU’s Film Studies Collection, the Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design, and others. Freshly made popcorn all week! Monday February 6 – Friday February 24 Bringing together College of the Arts emeriti faculty members from across the country for a celebratory exhibition including works by Robert Arnold, David Black, Sid Chafetz, Clara Creager, Susan Dallas-Swann, Gene Friley, E.F. Hebner, Georg Heimdal, Joe Koncelik, Philip von Raabe, Bob Shay, Larry Shineman, Charles Wallschlaeger, and John Wynne. Fourteenth Annual Monday February 27 – Friday March 10 The College of the Arts presents selected works by the recipients of the 14th annual Fergus Scholarship Awards Competition, a juried competition open to all studio-based undergraduate and graduate visual art and design majors.
