Technology Expanding the Horizon Technology Expanding the Horizon: Repositioning the Coordinates Tue Mar 27 – Wed Apr 11 Presented as part of Technology Expanding the Horizon: A Reinterpretation and Investigation of the Landscape, this exhibition features work by symposium panelists Vito Acconci, Dmitry Bulatov, Heath Bunting, Ricardo Dominguez, Peter Garfield, James Gimzewski, Victoria Vesna, Lori Nix, Erwin Wurm, with contributions from Shannon Bell, Martha Buskirk, Vicki Goldberg. Symposium Technology Expanding the Horizon: A Reinterpretation & Investigation of the Landscape A free, two-day symposium—Technology Expanding the Horizon: A Reinterpretation & Investigation of the Landscape7#8212;is being hosted at The Ohio State University by the Art + Technology and Photography areas within the Department of Art. The event will explore how the "landscape" is evolving from a physical place to a virtual place, thanks to ever-changing technology. Artists, theorists and scientists including Vito Acconci and Erwin Wurm will take part in four panel discussions.
