Professor Forsythe is a former member of the editorial committee of the
JOURNAL OF RESEARCH IN MUSIC EDUCATION, and has appeared in many national

MENC, National Symposium, and Research in Music Behavior. Dr. Forsythe
recently presented a paper at the 2nd International Conference on Philosophy
of Music Education in Toronto.
