| Joe Krygier Music Coordinator JOE KRYGIER (Music Coordinator) received his undergraduate degree in music performance from the Eastman School of Music and his Masters degree in performance from Northwestern University. He is a percussion accompanist with BalletMet of Columbus and has also worked as a dance accompanist at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and at Ohio Wesleyan University. Krygier is a former member of the United States Air Force Band of the Rockies and has performed with the Columbus Symphony, ProMusica Chamber Orchestra and the Civic Orchestra of Chicago. He is a co-founder and co-director of the Greater Columbus Youth Percussion Ensemble and holds the position Lecturer in Music in the OSU School of Music. Krygier’s duties in the OSU Department of Dance include accompanying modern and African dance classes. |
