Art
The Department of Art grants two degrees
to its undergraduate students: BA (liberal arts degree) and BFA (professional
degree). Admission
to either degree program is by portfolio review only. A Studio
Art minor is available, no portfolio necessary.
Degree Granted: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
Available Major within the BFA degree: Art
Available specializations within the BFA degree:
Art Education
The Department of Art Education grants one degree to its
undergraduate students: the
BAE. Admission to major is by portfolio review only. Review
occurs once a year in early spring. Department admits 25 students a
year. Minimum 3.0
GPA for application. No minor available.

Art Education (BAE)
Available Major within the BAE degree: Art Education
Dance
The Department of Dance grants one degree to its undergraduate
students—the BFA—with a specialization in either dance or dance education.
Admission to major is by audition only. Audition occurs in winter for
enrollment the following autumn. Department
admits 25 students a year. Dance minor available, no audition necessary.

Design
The Department of Design grants one degree to its undergraduate
students:
the BSD. Admission to major is by portfolio review only.
Review occurs once a year in December. Each
major admits approx. 18 students a year. Design minor available, no
portfolio necessary.
